We are currently looking for a Brand Manager who can successfully lead klikkie from start-up phase to scale up. Do you think you’re up for the challenge? Keep on reading!

We are looking for:

An experienced Brand Activation Manager who wants to be part of a fast growing startup. In the past you enabled other B2C companies to grow massively. As a Brand Activation Manager you will take ownership of acquiring new members and gift buyers. Your responsibility is to interpret the company strategy, review the marketing plan and come up with your approach of how to acquire new members at scale while keeping the NPS and other KPIs at an excellent level. Together with our founders, team members & agencies you work alongside each other to move klikkie internationally on the roadmap. Some examples of what you will be doing are:

  • Thinking differently: how can you reach the biggest impact by challenging the norm?

  • Developing new creative concepts for effective campaigns.

  • Looking for new growth channels domestic and internationally.

  • Aligning our brand strategy with the messaging (visuals and copy) throughout the consumer journey.

  • Closing deals with potential partners.

As we are a small organisation, you will be reporting directly to the CEO. Your colleagues on the marketing team are the Content Writer, Data Analist and Marketing Automation Specialist. It will also be your responsibility to manage the agencies who are running the performance channels.

You have:

  • A strong sense of purpose at klikkie. Our mission is to make 1M people happy with their memories in 2023. Independent of your role, you will create a positive impact on our daily business.

  • A MSc in Marketing or related fields.

  • +4 years of professional experience as a B2C marketer with a focus on brand activation and marketing.

  • Strong communication skills (in writing and speaking) to articulate your plans to the wider business.

  • An analytical mindset and are comfortable working with Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

  • An advantage if you have experience with subscription unit metrics.

  • An advantage if you have experience scaling internationally.

  • The ability to dream big, but realise that achieving great goals often requires small steps.

  • A startup mentality: Think smart, work hard.
